At Expressions From The Heart our flower arrangements are for DELIVERY ONLY!  We offer same day delivery if in before 2 pm local time. (EXCEPT DURING PEAK HOLIDAYS) Our minimum order requirement is $35.00 before taxes and delivery. We accept all major credit cards. We are located in Boiling Springs South Carolina.
